In the following Terms and Conditions the 'Photographer' is Headshots for Actors and the 'Client' is the person or the organisation to whom the invoice is presented to.

Where photography has been commissioned, the client and the photographer agree that copyright is retained by Headshots For Actors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A Licence to Use will be granted to the client and comes into effect from the date of payment of the relevant invoice.

No use may be made of the photographs before payment in full of the relevant invoice.

All self promotional use by agent and actor in their capacity as an actor is permitted. This includes all web use, print, casting directories and use by agents and employers.

This also extends to personal social media profiles including, but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Sanpchat, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.

In all instances Headshots for Actors is to be credited as the originator of the work and any derivative work.

Reproduction in print or electronic media for all commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach in copyright, unless prior written consent is provided and an agreed license fee is issued and paid to Headshots for actors.

Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the clients booked £99 headshot with Headshots For Actors and for any further commissioned work.

Confirmation of booking, either verbal, written, or via an online booking system confirms the client’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Once the Client has made a booking for a specific time and date, Headshots For Actors will not accept any other work from other clients for those times and dates.

As a result, if a booking is subsequently cancelled or postponed, with no verabl or written reason given, Headshots For Actors reserves the right to not accept further bookings from the client.

Headshots For Actors will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of material or information communicated to him/her in confidence for the purposes of the photography, save as may be reasonably necessary to enable the photographer to carry out his/her obligations in relation to the commission.

Any complaints should first be raised by the client with Headshots For Actors in writing within 21 days from the date of receipt of images.

Heashots For Actors reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
